Our signature Yoga and Culinary Retreat with Caro and Fleur is a really special one…

If you want to unwind, feel deeply into your body and find out how to nourish your whole self with amazing vegan cuisine, while having lots of fun, this retreat is for you.

In the quiet of each morning, we begin our yoga practice in stillness, taking time to anchor our awareness in the present moment through a guided breathing exercise, a meditation or visualisation. Then, drawing on the energy of the rising sun and the freshness of a brand-new day, Fleur leads you through a vinyasa flow that is both gentle and energizing.

During the dip in energy that tends to follow lunchtime, the sessions slow down, allowing for a deeper exploration of the techniques and practices encountered earlier in the day. There’s also plenty of time for sinking into a profound state of relaxation with restorative or yin yoga, or even yoga nidra (yogic sleep) – sometimes accompanied by mantras, music, or myths. 

Whether you have been practicing yoga for many years or you are new to yoga; you are welcome!

When you’re not on your yoga mat, you are invited to join the series of culinary workshops that are unique to this retreat. There will be plenty of down-time to go for a stroll, sunbathe, swim in the sea and read. All of this will help you realize that the relaxation and clarity of mind you have been longing for are always within – already here.
