Self Care
This is the perfect opportunity for you to unwind and have a break from your daily routine to focus on your yoga practice in a serene and tranquil environment!
The day will start with a gentle vinyasa yoga class, to move from our thinking minds into the feeling body. We will then break for a healthy and delicious vegetarian lunch, prepared by the lovely team of Zwier, followed by some free time.
In the afternoon we will have a deeply relaxing yoga nidra session, during which you will be guided into a state of profound relaxation and awareness. This state of stillness and calmness allows our bodies to heal and our minds to become more clear and focused. Essential for our overall well-being!
We will close the day with singing mantras, as a form of meditation to quiet our minds. Singing mantras also helps us to connect with our hearts, and when we sing with an open and loving heart, we can cultivate a deeper sense of compassion, and inner peace.
Throughout the day, there will be time to relax, rest, and reflect in the peaceful surroundings of the location, as well as opportunities to (re)connect with other yoga-enthusiasts.
