Immerse yourself in the profound experience of chanting mantras in a serene and supportive environment. In this retreat, you will learn about the meaning and symbolism of various mantras, and most importantly, you will experience their powerful positive effects on your mind and whole being.

Each morning, we’ll begin by chanting a mantra together, setting a harmonious tone for our day. This will be followed by a vinyasa session, where you will flow to carefully selected music that enhances our practice. In the afternoons, we’ll slow down to a calmer pace, allowing more time for singing mantras and exploring their meanings through sharing circles. You will also experience the soothing practices of yoga nidra and restorative yoga.

The simple act of singing together is a beautiful way to connect—both to ourselves and to those around us. As we chant, the good vibrations resonate not only within us but also between and around us, creating a powerful sense of unity and support. This collective experience fosters a deep connection, allowing you to open our heart and find joy in shared expression.
