Morning sessions will begin with meditation and breathing techniques, followed by a gentle yet energizing vinyasa practice. In the afternoon, we’ll explore the more restful aspects of yoga, including a therapeutic approach to restorative yoga, yoga nidra, mantra, and philosophy.
