Surrounded by the embrace of a peaceful forest, with its towering trees that have stood the test of time, you’ll feel the calming energy of nature settling within you. Memories and emotions can finally find a place to rest, creating space for new ideas and inner peace to emerge.

In the quiet of each morning, we begin our yoga practice in stillness, taking time to anchor our awareness in the present moment through a guided breathing exercise or meditation. Then, drawing on the energy of the rising sun you will be lead through a vinyasa flow that is both gentle and energising.

In the afternoons, you’ll have plenty of time to relax deeply with restorative yoga or yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Mantras will help calm the mind and connect you to your inner wisdom, while we explore yoga philosophy to offer practical insights for navigating life’s challenges.

Join us for this retreat and equip yourself with the tools to peacefully digest life’s ups and downs, ready to face both the everyday and the bigger events with calm and clarity.
